Dave has over 25 years of experience in IT Service and Support, holds a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Toledo, and has an MBA. His tenure has spanned across many industry verticals, including Public Safety, Healthcare, Government, and Transportation. At ASD®, Dave leads the IT Service Operations, focusing on quality outcomes and surpassing customer expectations. He oversees the teams that handle the Service Desk, Field Services, Sparing and Depot, and Stage and Config operations.
