2. Imaging and Configuration: Once the software image is configured, validated, and tested, it’s deployed across all assets. If per-device personalization is required, we’ll configure it to align with the exact specifications.
3. Device testing: Every device and component is tested, so it works right out of the box once on-site.
5. Warranty entitlement: Once the enterprise technology has been shipped to the end user, our team will log a full list of serial numbers for every asset and activate the OEM warranties.
6. Field support and maintenance: Our team of project managers supports our technicians in the field to ensure a smooth installation and turnup. If something goes wrong later, our service desk offers level 1, 2, and 3 support and can dispatch to the site if needed.
